00:00To see the commentary from Elliot Wolfe in that story with Henry McKenna last week,
00:07talking about, we thought players would develop more and we thought the coaching staff would do a better job,
00:14is just so, such a, and I hate the word bad look, but it's a bad look.
00:20And, you know, as I'm sitting there today trying to get ready for Quicksilence,
00:23one of the things about this team and reflecting on some of Rabil's comments is
00:27how much finger-pointing and blame-laying has gone on over the years.
00:31It was, and it was everybody, so it would be Bill blaming Tom, Tom blaming Bill,
00:36Robert crediting himself and blaming those two,
00:40then Bill blaming Mac and Mac blaming Matt Patricia and Joe Judge,
00:45and, you know, then everybody blaming Mayo and Mayo not really enjoying working for Bill at the end,
00:54and then Bill blaming Mayo for backstabbing him and Elliot Wolfe blaming Mayo for not developing players.
01:00The only person who I have seen take one ounce of ownership was Robert Kraft yesterday.
01:07So they got to cut that crap out.
01:09The Macchiavellian backstabbing, not my fault, not my baby crap.
01:13And you think it wouldn't be like that with a one-voice organization, which Bill had.
01:18But once Bill started to see his power being chiseled away in 2021,
01:24then it became even more pronounced, the amount of finger-pointing and blame-laying.
01:31So this has become a very dysfunctional franchise, I think,
01:35because of the suspiciousness, distrust, and the fiefdoms which still exist.
