00:00The Land Transportation Office or LTO will explain the owner of the tricycle that crashed into a tied cat in Barangay Gomez in Malasiki, Pangasinan.

00:09According to the LTO, the owner of the tricycle went to the LTO Main Office on January 20 as part of their investigation.

00:17It is also nice that the tricycle owner included the driver who was seen in the viral video that he was driving a car.

00:24If the driver was able to prove that he was the one who caused the accident, he can get his license back.

00:31He might not be able to get his license for the rest of his life.

00:34During the driver's explanation in Barangay, he said that his hearing was weak so he couldn't hear the driver's voice.

00:43He also didn't know how the cat ended up in the tricycle.
