00:07We have first news live with James Agustin. James.
00:12Jgan, just yesterday, on Panay Avenue in Quezon City, MMDA Special Operations Group reached this morning a vehicle parked on a sidewalk.
00:22The driver did not arrive. The vehicle was hit because of the five-minute speed limit.
00:26A car and a motorcycle were also parked on the sidewalk, but the drivers showed up. That's why they were stopped.
00:32Outside the condominium building, an AUV that was parked on the sidewalk was spotted.
00:38Eight vehicles were parked on the other side of the road. The authorities reached Mother Ignatia Avenue.
00:45Only one of the vehicles was a driver, that's why they were stopped.
00:49The driver went ahead of the camera, but he parked there to hide.
00:53Many vehicles were also spotted outside a condo and hotel.
00:57Panay Avenue, Timog Avenue and Mother Ignatia Avenue are the so-called alternative routes for motorists.
01:04That's why MMDA operations are being repeated here in the area.
