00:00Leeds were once again on the road in the championship facing Hull City at the MKM Stadium.
00:06It's about turning points in games isn't it really and basically that their second goal
00:11you almost felt it as Hull scored that and it went 3-2 and there was only what nine minutes left
00:17but I mean even then like you just you know that's more than enough time for them to get
00:20a third. I just felt watching that game once it went 3-2 Hull especially the manner of it I just
00:24thought you know you could sense trouble really and stuff and just a massive shame really and
00:30obviously you know all the talk's going to be about El Amelie obviously and you know and I did
00:33one of my post-match videos afterwards and stuff and I said in that there's you know there's no
00:37beating around the bush or getting away from it is there because it was just a horrendous piece
00:40of goalkeeping that's basically gifted them a goal and it's not just gifted them a goal that's
00:45sort of like a late consolation it's given them like a springboard and a platform back into the
00:49game which they've then you know taken full advantage of and it has to be said obviously
00:52the other two goals as well you know he didn't cover himself in glory either I mean I think the
00:56other two goals you can sort of look at the defence as a whole you know basically like you know Leeds
01:00as a whole didn't clear that corner and right at the end when Kamara scored his second goal
01:05the ball over the top from which he scored his first goal that was the way it just took out the
01:09whole the whole back line was worrying you know so it's not just him but obviously you know he
01:13came far too far off his line for that first goal and that as soon as he came racing out you sense
01:18trouble there wasn't set himself didn't set himself properly for Kamara's shot who was able
01:23to obviously rifle home but the second one you know I mean it's just a complete gift wasn't it
01:26really and I mean we'll talk about it and stuff but obviously the goal at Sunderland was was
01:31extremely dramatic and it wasn't quite as sort of dramatic as that I suppose but it was almost as
01:34bad if not probably worse because you know might be a bobble or whatever in the game at Sunderland
01:39so yeah I mean not a great start to the new year really because obviously that's two points isn't
01:44it from the first two games very good over Christmas you know we did the previews before
01:49and as I said I spoke to Ethan Ampadu before and just you know the children's hospital visit and
01:53he said the aim over Christmas was for those two away games was to do the opposite of last year and
01:57get six points and fair play to them because that's what they went and did and it was all looking rosy
02:01and it still is looking fairly rosy because they are still top of the division but basically just
02:04a massive massive mischance. And next to Valley Parade where Bradford City were welcoming fellow
02:10playoff challengers Grimsby Town in League 2. It was a good win though for Bradford City in
02:17League 2 they managed to defeat Grimsby Town by three goals to more than in doing so leapfrogged
02:22their opposition in the table going now within just a couple of points of the playoff places
02:28form is really starting to come together for Bradford City under Graham Alexander. The three
02:33goals came from Richard Smallwood and Patterson the first of which just on the stroke of half time
02:38before a penalty in the 48th minute and then Patterson rounding things off in the 69th minute.
02:43Grimsby had made it 2-1 thanks to McJanet after just 51 minutes but realistically it was always
02:50going to be Bradford who took the three points and in doing so really cemented just how good
02:54they are at the moment under Graham Alexander despite some recent poor results before Christmas.
