00:00A man was arrested after he was caught with a gun, money, and shabu.

00:05The suspect was arrested after he tried to escape.

00:09This is the story of James Agustin.

00:14This man tried to escape from the Oplansita, but he was caught by the police

00:19in the barangay of Kaisang Nayon, Baliches, Quezon City.

00:22The suspect was arrested for 31 years.

00:25He was detained because he was not wearing a helmet.

00:27When he was flagged down, he slowed down.

00:31But when he was stopped, he forced his motorcycle.

00:36That was the time when his friends were riding their motorcycles.

00:40Then he was chased.

00:41Then he was out of balance, that's why he was caught there.

00:45He was given a gun loaded with bullets.

00:51The 54 grams of shabu also contained 367,200 pesos

00:58and 138,000 pesos for a 1,000-peso bill.
