00:06pleaded guilty to misusing company funds amounting to 200,000 ringgit as bonus payments to themselves
00:12without the company's approval.
00:14They said Teo Tze Sin and Wong Poah of C-Tackle, Sendirian Berhad, were fined 100,000 ringgit
00:20each for the offence.
00:22They said the bonus payments were made along with their salary payments on January 30th
00:27in 2018.
00:29The duo were charged with abusing their positions as company directors for personal gain.
00:34They initially pleaded not guilty to the charge but changed their plea at the Kuala Lumpur
00:38Sessions Court on December 13th.
00:40The court ordered the duo to pay the 100,000 fine or risk six months in prison during the
00:45sentencing on December 20th.
00:47The duo eventually paid the fine.
