00:00Tottenham Hotspur 1, Newcastle United 2. Big win Liam. Six wins in a row, two on the road
00:08this week. Eddie House side off flying aren't they?
00:11Yeah they are, they really are. I don't think anybody could have predicted where they were
00:14a month and a half or so ago to where they've been now and I'm all for it. It's been a really
00:19positive month. You've had Alan Zadar, Isak just scoring for fun, Jacob Murphy's assists,
00:26Anthony Gordon full of confidence, Joe Linton busting around, Bruno getting involved, Tonali
00:32releasing him and putting in amazing performances, Lewis Hall, Dan Byrne, how good's Dan Byrne
00:37been? Sven Botman's return today, Tino DiRomento putting in one of his best performances in
00:45a long time. Yeah 4-2. And Martin De Bravca just cruising through games. It was a really
00:50positive day, I think it took a lot out of them. It wasn't an easy on the eye performance,
00:55they gave a good half hour maybe in the first half, the rest was a bit patchy, it wasn't
01:01great but they hung on in there and got the result which is all that matters and you can't
01:04really complain too much. I think the concerns that I have about how much that's taken out
01:09of them this week, going into Arsenal next week, probably just an argument for another
01:13day. Yeah, I'll admit afterwards it did take a lot out of them and it was a concern that
01:19they have Arsenal in three days' time and another big physical game but look, I think
01:23it came by a game and you had to put your best team out there no matter the consequences
01:27of Tuesday. They got a massive result, six wins in a row in all competitions, up to fifth
01:34in the Premier League, level on point to Chelsea. I know they play late on the day but it's
01:39just been an incredible turn around from that Brentford game where we were so deflated and
01:44very critical of the team and what we were seeing. From then they've won every game.
01:48It's probably Palace, I think you go back to Palace because they went and scored three
01:51at Liverpool and then they got another couple and shot themselves in the foot at Brentford
01:55and we were very critical but realistically they scored goals and looked like a decent
01:59side for most of that 45 minutes. It's that Palace game. If you'd told me that Newcastle
02:04would be where they were at Palace at Celders Park that day, I would not have believed it
02:08but like I say, I'm not complaining, I'm all for it and I'm sure everyone else out there
02:12feels the same.
