Lim Guan Eng’s era has passed and he should put his trust in the current DAP leadership instead, says Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
Speaking to reporters on Thursday (Jan 2), the Umno president said Lim’s remarks about the rally in support of convicted ex-prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak is his personal view and not representative of DAP’s current leadership.
Ahmad Zahid, who also serves as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Rural and Regional Development, confirmed that the rally would proceed as planned.
