00:33I will also give the bills and other expenses to my mom.
00:4030% is for my savings and 20% is for my own needs in life.
00:48Her mother, Jocelyn, has a goal of providing good health for her family.
00:52She will also be more watchful of what she eats.
00:56Albert's goal is to develop his business.
00:59You have to aim for something.
01:03If you don't focus on it, you'll lose it.
01:08Rian will stop procrastinating so she can remain an honor student.
01:15When I say procrastinating, I lose my motivation and I get lazy.
01:21According to a life coach,
01:23it's important to set a goal to have a direction and focus on what you want to achieve.
01:30And to achieve that, you have to be clear on what you want to achieve.
01:35What is the outcome that we wanted to accomplish?
01:38Because if we have so many things at hand,
01:40that I want this, I wanted to do this, I wanted to do that,
01:43and you are not being clear on what you should focus on,
01:46then you will not be having a particular outcome.
01:50The goal should be specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-bound.
01:56Sometimes, we set goals that are hard to accomplish.
02:01That's why we tend to pressure ourselves.
02:04Once you have set your goal, it's good to write it down.
02:08When we think, this is my goal,
02:10we put it in our mind, sometimes we neglect it.
02:14So it's better if you have a blueprint.
02:17So you can have a certain creative visual,
02:20so that it will be reminded that this is my goal.
02:23And once you start achieving your goal,
02:26make a routine, be consistent, and track your progress.
02:31Aside from setting goals and striving to achieve them,
02:35it's also important to be thankful for all the blessings and successes you've had in life.
