00:00The Northern Mindanao Police witnessed a more peaceful greeting of the new year

00:39Three firecracker-related incidents were recorded
00:43and two cases of illegal firearms in the region
00:47from December 23 to December 31.
00:50Meanwhile, the PRO-10 ordered
00:53its personnel to remain on the lookout
