00:06The park's owner expects that more than 20,000 people will visit the park today.

00:27to celebrate the new year.

00:30But according to the owner of Luneta,

00:32the number of visitors to the park this year is less than last year.

00:37It's also the peak season.

00:39But they expect that 20,000 to 50,000 people will visit the park before the end of the day.

00:51From Santa Maria, Bulacan,

00:53Bernadette's family went to Luneta early in the morning to celebrate the new year.

00:59Her brother's family is also here.

01:02This is the first time they've visited the park after more than seven years.

01:08It's also a good opportunity to deepen the bond of their family.

02:04Since the opening of Luneta,

02:06almost 40,000 people have visited the countdown to celebrate the new year.

02:13Far from the more than 100,000 individuals they expected,

02:18almost 2,000 individuals were able to visit the park this morning.

02:23It's still far from the 110,000 to 180,000 individuals

02:28who are expected to visit the park today.

02:31But they expect it to reach more than 20,000 before the end of the day.

02:38According to the government,

02:39the decline in the number of visitors to the park is also due to bad weather.

02:45Due to inclement weather,

02:46the maximum number of visitors was only 39,000

02:50as of 1 a.m. on January 1.

02:54Some of the visitors to Luneta Park will enjoy

02:57the musical dancing fountain

02:59that starts at 6 p.m. until 10 p.m.

03:03There are also food stalls and toy shops inside the park.

03:07The visitors are reminded to maintain the cleanliness of the surroundings

03:13and to always leave the toilet as clean as you go.

03:16No untoward incidents have been recorded

03:19except for the 11 children who were not there yesterday
