00:31According to its forecast, the flooding in Davao City is due to the ITZZ or Intertropical Convergence Zone.

00:46It will rain in some parts of Northern Luzon.

00:51Based on the rainfall forecast of Metro Weather, the entire country will be flooded in the next few hours.
