00:00That's Miami and the Jets. Yeah, you thought when I said questions of quarterback, maybe I met Aaron
00:04Rogers. Sure, going forward but not this week. I don't think. Maybe. We'll see. He did bench
00:09himself in the last game but Joe, you know, this Miami team, look, this should be a winnable game.
00:15This should absolutely be a winnable game but I feel a whole hell of a lot better if Tuatungo
00:20Vailoa was under center and I don't think that's going to happen. I think we're looking
00:24at Snoop Huntley again who was, I mean, that game was disgusting against the Browns. Just an
00:32offensive showcase of how to not play football. So what do we get here in this one?
00:39Oh, it's very simple. Mike McDaniel continues to beat teams that are bad and lose to teams that
00:46are good. Which one of the Jets? The Jets are a bad team. So at the end of the day,
00:50this one's really simple. I mean, the Jets find ways to lose that are just mind-numbing at times
00:56and, you know, Jet fans, I just want to tell you, you don't have to stay in this toxic relationship.
01:01You know, people get divorced. People move. People say, you know what, I don't like this city
01:06anymore. I'm not going to live here anymore. People make decisions for the betterment of their
01:11lifestyle every single day and you can do it too. You don't have to live this way as a Jets fan.
01:16Send a message. Move on. Take your fandom somewhere else where they appreciate it.
01:21I disagree.
01:21No, you think it's till death do you part? Really?
01:25I think if it's truly in your blood as a fan, then yeah, you're stuck for better or worse,
01:31you know, and maybe it turns for you one day. Maybe you're one of those people that,
01:36you know, at your funeral and it says it in the obituary, in the newspaper or online that,
01:42you know, my grandfather never saw the Jets win a Super Bowl. I don't know,
01:47but I feel like...
01:47Yeah, I think that's depressing.
01:50Certain generations, man, certain generations, and you know this, we're about the same age,
01:55you know, you grew up like rooted for a team. You're rooted for the jersey. You're rooted
01:59for the colors. You know, like our kids' generation, like my kids, it's, I mean,
02:06their favorite teams are kind of put upon them. Like, hey, you grew up in this area.
02:11These are who dad roots for. These are who you root for. You can't make your own choices, right?
02:16But they have favorite players who are not necessarily on their favorite teams that they
02:21are going to follow and love as they move from city to city to city, just as I did with like,
02:26Ken Griffey Jr. I wasn't a Mariners fan, but I was a Griffey fan. And I was a Griffey fan
02:31as when he was a white sock and a red and back on Seattle again, you know what I mean?
02:37So this is, it is kind of, with your teams, it is kind to death to you part. I think it is.
02:43I don't know, man. I think certain point, again, the toxic relationships,
02:47the ownership is everything though, too. It does trickle down. As a Mets fan, I can tell you,
02:52certainly the Will Ponds to the Steve Cohen ownership, night and day, you know, so ownership
02:57does matter so much in these circumstances and the leadership does, you know, filter down,
03:01look at the Cowboys and what a mess they've been for so long. You know, at one point, Jerry Jones,
03:05you know, he had the right idea with the right coach. He, he was the revolutionary guy, right?
03:10You're trying to Herschel Walker, getting all these picks. What are you doing? You're remaking
03:14this organization. And next thing you know, they're a dynasty. And then of course, it's
03:19been a long time since they've been getting the Superbowls, let alone winning them. So it is,
03:23it is tough. And certainly ownership has a lot to do with it. And I don't know,
03:27Woody Johnson doesn't seem to an owner who really has his finger on the pulse,
03:29but going back to this Jets game, even if it's Huntley, I have a hard time not buying that,
03:35you know, the, the Miami Dolphins, again, statistically speaking, if you want to talk
03:40about something that has been almost something that's a lock every single week, just look at
03:45the record, look at what the Dolphins are playing. And if it's a winning record, you run away. And if
03:50it's a losing record, you run to the window. And that's been so simple. And it does beg the
03:54question here at a certain point, what are the Dolphins in 2025 is McDaniel, the guy that's
04:00going to be on the hot seat in your opinion next year, because with to his health this year being a
04:06problem, you got to give somebody else in there. Who's a really established backup kind of guy.
04:11And you know, the fact that they didn't do this this past year really hurt them. I would say
04:16overall, would you agree? Yeah. I mean, I think Mike McDaniel's a fraudulent head coach, this
04:21whole like boy genius thing. We were led to believe when he got this job has shown quite
04:27the opposite here in his tenure as a head coach for summer. Like I don't even think to it to us
04:31that good. And yet for some reason, the only time that he can find any sort of real success is with
04:37to a quarterback, despite Tyree kill Jalen Waddle, Devon H and you know, Raheem Mostert when he was
04:43awesome last year, like you name it, anyone else available to him at quarterback, the team sucks.
04:49And the offense is worse than sucks. The offense is inept. And you dig into some of the numbers,
04:55I could pull some of them up on the other side. They're horrendous.
