00:29He built the team the way he did.
00:31He said, I'm going to give Caleb all these weapons
00:33on the outside.
00:33This is going to be the best way for my rookie quarterback
00:36to learn and grow.
00:37And obviously, that hasn't worked out.
00:39And he also said, I have the best depth
00:41I've ever had at O-line.
00:42I just truly believe in my O-line, my depth.
00:44That hasn't worked out.
00:45So I have a lot of questions about what his plan was,
00:48or we know what his plan was, but the execution of his plan
00:51and how much it's failed.
00:52So I think everything is on the table.
00:55It'll be interesting to follow the next few months of who
00:58comes in as a coach, what they'd
01:00like to do with this team.

01:03Is it Ryan Poles' true decision to make the next head

01:07They've got a lot of questions there to figure out.
