00:34The driver of this car last night in Tabaco City.

00:37Rebra Gais' story, 30 minutes before Christmas Eve,

00:41when his daughter Jane Louise went to Proc 6, Barangay Barangawon

00:46to bring staff to the restaurant and while crossing the spillway,

00:49the strong water suddenly overflowed,

00:52which was the reason why the driver of this car was shocked.

00:55The vice governor's son asked for help from the barangay

00:59and the Bureau of Fire Protection in Tabaco and CDR-REMO responded immediately.

01:05Meanwhile, in Ligaspi City,

01:06some members of the Mission de Aguinaldo Church were stranded

01:09because the water level in the city center was almost at its peak.

01:16because of the strong rain since yesterday.

01:21According to CDR-REMO Ligaspi,

01:23eight barangays in the city were flooded,

01:25most of them in the city center and one barangay in the mouth of the Mayon Volcano.

01:29According to Lorenz Artos,

01:31Research and Planning Division of CDR-REMO Ligaspi,

01:3460 families were evacuated because of the flood.

01:38According to Pag-Asa,

01:39moderate to severe rainfall can be experienced

01:42in Galawigan and Albay

01:43because of the shearline of 2 to 3 hours per day.

01:47FIVOLCS is also monitoring the possible spread of floods

01:50in the barangays or areas near the Mayon Volcano.

01:53According to FIVOLCS,

01:54tons of pyroclastic density current or PDC

01:58have impacted the gullies of the volcano

02:00that was exposed by Hurricane Peto in January 2018.

02:03It is dangerous in the areas of Nisi in the town of Daraga,

02:06Mabinit and Puyuan in Ligaspi City,

02:08and Pasut Channel in Santo Domingo.
