00:09This is a condition caused by excessive drinking, stress, and lack of rest.
00:17Also, eating salty or fatty foods increases blood pressure.
00:23According to the DOH, this can lead to an abnormal heart rhythm
00:28which is one of the causes of stroke.
00:30The so-called disease is accompanied by a recurrence of strokes and continuous operations
00:38as well as road and firecracker-related injuries every Christmas and New Year.
00:43Meanwhile, the Filipino families are encouraged to maintain a healthy body
