00:20Central Africa by 2025, a situation they blame on conflicts, displacements, economic instability
00:26and severe climate issues.
00:28The report also says hunger emergency levels in the region can be addressed with better
00:32planning and preparedness for timely, flexible and predictable funding to reach crisis-affected
00:37people, with life-saving assistance to reduce humanitarian emergencies.
