00:21are filing a complaint in the so-called impeachment complaint

00:24filed in the House of Representatives against Vice President Sara Duterte.

00:29They say that one of the reasons why Vice President Duterte should be removed

00:34is because of their culpable violation of the Constitution

00:37and betrayal of public trust.

00:40Like the first two impeachment complaints,

00:42it was also found in Vice President Duterte's misuse of confidential funds.

00:51The use of fictitious individuals.

00:54It was also mentioned in the third complaint filed by Vice President Duterte

00:58against some of the deputies who were accused of eavesdropping in the House of Representatives.

01:45The third impeachment complaint was endorsed by Representative Gabriel Bordado

01:51of the Camarines Sur 3rd District

01:53and by Ms. O.A. Partylist Representative Lex Anthony Cris Colada.

01:58GMA Integrated News is also trying to get Vice President Duterte's attention.

02:04But he has repeatedly denied that there was nothing wrong with the use of confidential funds by the OVP.

02:11He has previously denied the allegation of eavesdropping.

02:14He also called a disgruntled employee of DepEd

02:18one of those who accused him.

02:21According to House Secretary General Reginald Velasco,

02:25he has not yet transmitted the first two impeachment complaints to the Office of the Speaker.

02:30And like the first two impeachment complaints,

02:33the third complaint will be reviewed by the Legal Department of the Camera.
