AT&T is asking all of its staff to work in the office five days a week, after 18,000 managers returned last year. It follows a similar move from Amazon CEO Andy Jassy.

00:09AT&T said they wanted workers back in office to drive collaboration,

00:16And staff who are looking for flexibility from the C-suite might be disappointed.
00:21CEO John Stanky says 85% of workers already live near one of the AT&T offices.
00:26And the remaining 15% will have to make decisions that are appropriate to their lives.
00:31The RTO move is similar to the one Amazon made back in September
00:34as more companies pushed for in-office attendance.
00:37While AT&T consolidated its offices, the company insists there will be enough
00:41space for workers to return, telling Fortune we always adapt our workforce.
