01:00And when he was young, Joel Cruz became passionate about designing special Christmas decorations.

01:07Whatever was available at that time, I was the one who decorated.

01:11And I can say that it was my passion because I enjoy it, I get excited, I do it even in the early morning.

01:19When I was young, I was so creative.

01:21But now, maybe in the year 2000, when I have my own budget, I can buy a lot of Christmas trees,

01:28Christmas decorations and ornaments are a bit expensive.

01:32And every year, he brings a new story, theme and new vibes that will really impress the public.

01:41Now in 2024, my concept here is more of environmental concern.

01:48To save nature, save the environment, protect the environment, even the animals.

01:57So I made a branch of a tree that is already dry and will be thrown away.

02:04I took it and put it on the door.

02:08Pinecones in Baguio or in America, of course, you just throw it on the ground and it will just fall.

02:16So I made those instead of throwing it away, we can still use it.

02:23On this side, it's more of gold because I'm doing a gold theme.

02:27In the courtyard, I used the traditional red and green.

02:38In our lobby, I used pink colors.

02:44So here on the second floor, in the family room, I used white, all white.

02:56One of the highlights of his decorations are the Christmas trees that are full of colorful lights

03:02and sparkling ornaments that symbolize his children.

03:07I have three sets of twin trees from the courtyard.

03:11One is Prince Princess, Harry Harvey, Charles and Charlotte.

03:16Then this one is Zane and the other one is Ziv.

03:20Meaning, these two are not twins anymore because the seventh and the eighth are not twins.

03:24So here you can see inside, we have eight trees, three twins and one single tree.

03:31The Lord of Saints also shared the tradition of his family in celebrating Christmas.

03:38For me, Christmas is aside from the birth of Jesus Christ,

03:42I have to explain to my children about nativity, the birth of Christ.

03:47We are Catholics, so of course, we hear mass on the 24th, Christmas mass.

03:54And 25th December, we celebrate. I celebrate it with my whole family.
