00:53So, that's what, pinapalit tayo talaga natin the way we do it.

00:56Para maging mas maliit bang mas pagilis ang takbo.

00:59You know, here we're, what, we're, as of the end of the year,

01:04we're two and a half years already working.

01:06We have three and a half years left.

01:08We have to get these things done.

01:09We have to get all the structures in place already.

01:12So, we're changing, we're changing.

01:14But, ganyan, ganyan talagang budget process is a two and two.

01:20So, we will look into the big insertions in the public works

01:28and see which ones are absolutely necessary.

01:31And maybe we'll, baka yung iba, titignan natin kung talaga bang critical.

01:38We'll see, we'll see.

01:40But public works is still going to be one of the top recipients of budget.

01:48Maraming na tayo ginagawa.

01:50We have big projects that we have to put in place.

01:52Infrastructure is really important.

01:55And don't forget, flood control became such a big, big part of the work of the Department of Public Works.

02:05They have to build things that we never had to build before.

02:09Pinabantayan lang namin, especially the ODA project,

02:13is to make sure that our debt ratios are still relevant.
