00:14Almost 2,000 overseas Filipino workers and their families from different provinces of Riondose
00:22gathered for the one-day OFW Family Day Celebration led by OWA.
00:28It was a one-day celebration for the overseas workers and their loved ones.
00:33It is a way to express their gratitude and to pay tribute to the contribution of OFWs
00:38and their families to the development of the country's economy.
00:42On this day, our participants are overwhelmed.
00:46We have more than 2,000 participants.
00:51This is accounted for by our OFWs and their families.
00:56Aside from the prizes and awards, the 40 OFWs from Sultan Kudarat Province also received livelihood assistance.
01:03Among the participants was Gina Linmilian of Coronadal City.
01:08Thank you very much, OWA, for gathering all the OFWs of Region 12
01:14for this celebration, OFW Family Day 2024.
01:21And because of this, we feel the importance and love of the government to our OFWs and their families.
01:30Aside from the region-wide celebration, OFW Family Day is also held every year in Riondose.
