00:07The Venezuelan National Electoral Council said that 100% of over 4,000 voting centers
00:12set up in the country opened early this morning.
00:15People also 15 years of age may vote for up to three candidates.
00:19Communal peace judges will be mediators in matters such as family conflicts, neighborhood
00:23conflicts or situations of a lesser degree.
00:27Their duties include to foster conciliation, harmony and to prevent violence in communities.

00:57will be there, with our justices of peace, to continue fighting for our communities.

01:23to help us, and that should remain honest in everything they may do to defend us.
