00:00More than five people were killed in the separate fires in Navotas and Pasig City.

00:05That is the center of the news of Isaiah Mirafuentes. Live, Isaiah.

00:09Luisa, this weekend, two fires erupted and both of the fires killed people.

00:19All of that happened in a separate incident in Navotas City and Pasig City.

00:26Five people were trapped inside the house that was on fire yesterday morning in Barangay San Roque, Navotas City.

00:35Four of the victims were children.

00:38Close to the entrance, the victims were seen.

00:41They even tried to save themselves from the blazing fire, but they couldn't because of the intensity of the fire.

00:48The fire started on the ground floor of the house that was on fire.

00:52The inside of the house was made of light materials, so the fire spread quickly.

00:58The neighbors helped to put out the fire.

01:02They used a clip fan to extinguish the fire.

01:06The fire was put out by the first alarm that lasted for more than an hour.

01:12The house that was on fire was my brother's house, my cousin's house, and also my cousin's house.

01:25They were all tall houses made of stones.

01:28The only difference was that the kitchen was in the room in front of my nephew's room.

01:42While in Pasig City this morning, the 11-year-old Benatilio was also trapped inside the house.

01:49The fire started in his house.

01:52The victim's mother went out to buy bread.

01:56But when she came back, the intensity of the fire was already strong.

02:00She couldn't save her child.

02:03Aside from the injured, there were also two injured.

02:06Fifteen houses were affected by the fire.

02:09Most of the residents were not able to save anything.

02:13The fire started at 3.30 a.m. and lasted for more than three hours.

02:18The cause of the fire is still unknown.

02:23The firefighters had a hard time.

02:27This is the only thing they were able to do.

02:33The injured in Pasig City are temporarily staying in the covered court of the Barangay Pinagbuhatan.

02:41Pasig LGU promised that they will provide financial assistance to all the injured.

02:48While here in Navotas City, it is sad to say that there are five injured.

02:54Four of these are children.

02:57The oldest of the injured is the mother of one of the children while the other is her nephew.

03:05The two children were only able to sleep the night of the fire.

03:10These four children are friends.

03:13They believe that this is their last chance to be together.
