AP High Court Cancels GO 56 : ప్రైవేటు వైద్య కళాశాలల్లో పీజీ వైద్య విద్య కోర్సులకు ఫీజులను ఖరారు చేస్తూ గత ప్రభుత్వం తెచ్చిన జీవో 56ను హైకోర్టు రద్దు చేసింది. రెండు నెలలో ఫీజులను నిర్ణయించాలని ఉన్నత విద్య నియంత్రణ, పర్యవేక్షణ కమిషన్‌ను ఆదేశించింది. కళాశాలలు కోరినట్లుగా ఫీజులను నిర్ణయించేందుకు కమిషన్‌ అంగీకరించకపోతే తుది ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసే ముందు యాజమాన్యాల అభిప్రాయం సేకరించాలని కమిషన్‌కు స్పష్టం చేసింది. ఒకవేళ ఫీజును పెంచితే ఆ సొమ్మును పీజీ వైద్య విద్యార్థుల నుంచి రాబట్టుకునేందుకు కళాశాలలకు వెసులుబాటు ఇచ్చింది. కోర్సు పూర్తి చేసినప్పటికీఆ పెరిగిన ఫీజును విద్యార్థులు చెల్లించాలని పేర్కొంది.
