Debut album by harmony vocals trio Prelude from Gateshead Metropolitan Borough on Tyne and Wear, England. Founders were wife and husband Irene and Brian Hume with guitarist and singer Ian Vardy, that had initially released a single as The Carnival in 1967. Their sound was a gentle early acoustic rock sound heavily influenced by the likes of C, S, N & Y. Elegant soft sounds with georgeous vocal harmonies. Highlight of the abum is the a capella cover of Neil Young's "After the goldrush".

Irene Hume - vocals, autoharp.
Brian Hume - vocals, lead guitar.
Ian Vardy - vocals, 6-string guitar, 12-string guitar.
Dave Peacock - bass.
Pique Withers - drums, congas.

Carry me.

Or maybe the autum.
Glass angel.
