00:00So we're currently at Walsall, at Walsall bus station and I'm really pleased that
00:05this morning members of the Combined Authority Board approved my plan to go
00:09to the next stage of bus franchising which was a key manifesto commitment of
00:14mine and I'm here with Peter Bond from the Combined Authority who will be
00:17leading on the next phase of the work which is a public consultation so I'm
00:21just going to ask Peter about how that public consultation will work and when
00:25it will start. Well public consultations are going to start on the 6th of
00:29January it's going to run for 12 weeks until the end of March 30th of March
00:32consecutively it's going to be a detailed consultation it's going to be
00:37far-reaching it's going to reach out to the communities and we want people's
00:40comments and feedback on the bus services of the region what they think
00:43of them now and what they want them to be to serve our communities in the
00:46future. Thank you.
