00:21Based on the rainfall forecast in Metro Weather,

00:23it is expected to rain in some parts of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao this morning.

00:29By afternoon, it is expected to rain in some parts of the country

00:32and there will be heavy to intense rains in some particular areas here in Mindanao.

00:37The weather here in Metro Manila is expected to be fine

00:41and the chance of rain is low.
