Ricardo Raúl Manso, un bicitaxista con 31 años de experiencia en el oficio, denuncia el exceso de multas impuestas a trabajadores como él. Desde 1990, ha trabajado en las calles, pero asegura que las sanciones económicas son insostenibles: multas de hasta 17 000 pesos, mientras su ingreso mensual no supera los 2 000 o 3 000 pesos.

“Trabajamos solo para pagar multas”, afirma. Ricardo también denuncia la existencia de las llamadas "multas fantasmas", sanciones que muchos bicitaxistas ni siquiera reciben oficialmente pero que los pueden llevar a prisión. Denuncia ciudadana.
