00:00Sir, it might look like a suicide, but I would say that this is a systematic murder that
00:06is happening on the Indian males due to the draconian laws.
00:12That is what he has stated in his death note as well as in the video, stating that there
00:17is a mass genocide of males that is happening in India currently.
00:22There was nothing wrong for him to do a suicide because of the harassment and the torture
00:29that is done by the judiciary.
00:31He is also named a judge, a principal family court judge from Jaunpur and also the wives
00:36and her family was torturing for money, they were extorting money.
00:41They kept a demand of nearly 3 crore rupees to settle all these cases.
00:46Because of the judiciary's date on date, date on date, nothing used to happen, he used to
00:51go from Bangalore to Jaunpur to attend the case, but the judge used to adjourn it.
00:56So he was very fed up of it.
00:58So finally he has left us.
00:59So this is not only one Atul Subash, as per the NCRB data, there is 1,20,000 males every
01:09year in India committing suicide because of the family problems.
01:13So it is a very high time, the government should immediately act on it, it should consider
01:19changing these laws, bringing the changes and also a systematic change in judiciaries
01:25is very necessary as of now.
01:27Sir, he was with Save Indian Family Foundation, which is a men's rights NGO, so we are all
01:32members of it.
01:34He used to express the concern that wife is asking me 3 crores in the mediation, what
01:40should I do, all this.
01:41So he used to get the help, required help, but finally somewhere he has lost the hope.
01:47So he was not a person who has a mentality to commit a suicide, because he was a top
01:53AI and ML, artificial intelligence and machine learning enthusiast, he was in a very high
02:00position.
02:01So it is unfortunate that he was not able to take all this pressure that has built out
02:08and he has left us.
02:09Sir, initially I didn't see any mental, he was not mentally ill initially, we didn't
02:17see anything like that.
02:18He was very happy in the beginning, he had only few cases on him.
02:21Then gradually his wife started filing more cases, it became 9 cases.
02:26So then he started becoming little pressurized.
02:29On top of that, he was a lead data scientist in his company, so he had more responsibilities.
02:35And he was not allowed to take many leaves, because of 9 false cases which had been filed
02:42on him.
02:43So he was feeling very frustrated due to that, he had to go from Bangalore to Uttar Pradesh
02:48for every court hearing.
02:51And moreover, even though he was going to the court hearing, they were not turning up.
02:56So out of 120 times, only 40 times they had turned up at the court.
03:02That's how his situation was.
03:04Gradually he started becoming very pressurized.
03:07He was not telling us anything, he was not portraying any feelings to us.
03:12But we could feel that he was distancing, because I didn't meet him for more than one
03:17month.
03:19But he was appearing on the Zoom meetings, and he was mortgaging the members in the Zoom
03:23meetings.
03:24Sir, it is high time, if you see, the law is women centric, so any woman can file a
03:29case on her husband, or any man, she can file a rape case, without any repercussion.
03:36And they have to roam around the court.
03:38And as far as I know, woman does not have to go to the court, that's what I know.
03:43So he has set a statement, he had died.
03:49So I would consider him as a hero, a martyr, who wants to bring a change in the society.
03:54That's how we are seeing it.
03:56Yes, sir, that's what, according to us, a man is a disposable garbage.
04:01That's how it is in the society.
04:03We are not respected, we don't get freebies like what women are getting.
04:08They get free seats in the bus, when she gets married, she gets some amount of money.
04:16Different states have some kind of benefits provided to women.
04:19But the man does not get that.
04:21So we have been treated as a disposable garbage.
04:24Sir, losing a close friend is like losing a part of your body.
04:33My body is broken.
04:35He was a very lively person, a very enjoying person.
04:38We did not even suspect that he would take such a drastic step.
04:41And his suicide note, or the death video that he made and shared with us,
04:48it clearly shows that the whole system has failed.
04:51On December 10th, we held a National Human Rights Day.
04:56The Honorable President also gave a speech there.
05:00I would say that the National Human Rights Commission has completely failed.
05:05It should be shut down, we don't need it.
05:07Why do we pay taxes to the government?
05:09So that they make good rules for us.
05:13So that something useful happens for the lives of our common man.
05:17If they make such a bad law, then what should we do with such a bad committee?
05:23It should be shut down. This is a total failure, sir.
05:25Even in the NCRB data, it is said that men above the age of 100,000 commit suicide because of family issues.
05:35If a government organization is saying that there is something wrong with the system,
05:41then at least they should take their data seriously.
05:45Otherwise, how long will they wait for Atul Subhash to come?
05:49Today, our friend Atul Subhash is here, tomorrow someone else will come.
05:53The day after tomorrow, someone else will come.
05:55Will it continue like this, sir?
05:57Sir, we say that the system is not with us.
06:01Even in the laws, it is completely one-sided.
06:05There is a law called Protection of Women Against Domestic Violence.
06:10This is not a law made in India, sir.
06:13This is a law imported from the US.
06:15But when it was in the US, its name was Protection Against Spouse for Domestic Violence.
06:21But as India came, it became Protection Against Women for Domestic Violence.
06:26It became Spouse for Women.
06:29Sir, it is not that today only women are subjected to domestic violence.
06:33Men are also subjected to domestic violence.
06:35Sir, this is our demand.
06:38This is a high time, sir.
06:40We should change the law, sir.
06:43We don't say that the law was made with a bad intention.
06:48It was made with a good intention, but it is being misused, sir.
06:52Atul, if you see our friend's case,
06:56a wife files 9 cases against her husband,
06:59including false cases,
07:01and says, why didn't you commit suicide?
07:03Why didn't you die?
07:05If you want to see your son's face, give me 30 lakhs.
07:08If you want a divorce from me, give me 3 crores.
07:11This husband is an ATM, sir.
07:13There is nothing else in the system other than the ATM.
07:16If you read all the laws and say,
07:21I will use the same word,
07:23after reading all the laws,
07:25I will say that this is legal terrorism, sir.
07:27This is legal extortion, sir.
07:29Judiciary system.
07:30A judge says,
07:33a person who has committed suicide,
07:36he says, I will settle your case, give me 5 lakhs.
07:40What is this, sir?
07:41What is going on in the system?
07:43Does anyone need such a judiciary?
07:45What is the use of having such a judiciary?
07:47I will say,
07:48along with the lack of national human rights,
07:50close this judiciary too.
07:52We will go back to the old times.
07:54They say,
07:55put a leaf and live like that.
07:57Live like that.
07:58It will be good like that.
