00:00Steve Seddon and Shane Blaney, for me, I'd probably throw him into that as well, were probably two guys that marked their names in the team for the first year, at least in my opinion, Steve Seddon especially, I thought, very, very cultured, obviously spoke about his volley, but his overall play and calmness at the back is, he's kind of been the experienced head when he has played in place of Paul McGinn and Steven O'Donnell, very cultured on the ball, there was a few things I read when he first came here that said very good going forward, but defensively a bit suspect,
00:29not really seen any signs of that so far, I think he's been fairly good going at the back and strong going forward, does leave Ewan Wilson in a wee bit of no man's land, he has played in midfield, but I don't think that's his best position, I do feel he's better at left wing back, and Shane Blaney as well, coming, he's not had much opportunity this season, but again, he came in and didn't do anything remarkable, wasn't like, wouldn't be the first player he picked out, but he seems to balance out that back line quite well,
00:55and gives a level of, if you've got Dan Casey or Kofi Balmer there, they're having to cut back onto their right to then play it, and it slows the game down by even a couple of seconds, just him being able to play that a couple of seconds faster, just by the pure basis of being naturally left footed, just seems to make quite a bit of difference to how Mullum play out from the back and even just clear their lines.
01:15Well that's the thing, when you've got a defender that's not put a foot wrong, you hardly notice them, you only notice a defender if they've made an actual mistake, so thankfully, Blaney was very assured in his left centre back slot, so yeah, I'm just really comfortable with how we're playing on Saturday, and we can move on and hopefully get another three points this Saturday.
