02:25while premium rice costs P52.00 to P65.00 per kilo.

02:30Imported rice is sold for P56.00 to P58.00 per kilo.

02:37prices are starting to rise again for their suppliers.

02:41The cheapest rice costs P40.00 per kilo,

02:45but many refuse because of its poor quality.
