00:17The actor Archie Alemanya filed his counter-affidavit this morning in the Bacor Hall of Justice

00:23for the complaint of acts of lasciviousness filed by Rita Daniela.

00:29The submitted counter-affidavit is part of the preliminary investigation by the prosecutor in the complaint

00:36along with Archie, his lawyer, Atty. Amir Muksan.

00:40We tried to get their consent but they refused to comment.

00:45When we asked the prosecutor, he did not detail the content of Alemanya's affidavit

00:50even though most of it contains a refusal of Rita's charges.

00:55Rita's lawyer, Atty. Marie-Glenn Abraham-Garduque, was present earlier.
