00:00So the parcels come off a truck from Sydney or Melbourne and basically they'll get put in our dock
00:06they'll get bought inside throughout the day or any part of the 24-hour shift then they get
00:12processed and put into their designated ULD sort of depending on where they're going
00:17and it could be any part of the river arena and then what happens then that ULD will get put into
00:22our dock and then overnight trucks come they'll load up all the product procurement all the product
00:28Putamundra, Temora or Griffith wherever it's going and then that'll get taken to
00:34to that particular DC early in the morning very early in the morning generally when people are
00:39asleep so sort of three four five o'clock in the morning and then that product will be processed
00:45again at the processing center it'll be able to give it to a postie or a contractor depending on
00:51what it is if it's mail small packet or a large parcel and then it'll get delivered to the customer
