After his brother's death, Ali is disowned by his father and grows up in an orphanage. Dr Adil discovers that Ali has tremendous medical skills due to savant syndrome and takes care of him. After attending medical school and graduating at the top of his class, Ali starts working as an assistant surgeon at the hospital where Dr Adil is the head physician. 00:02Good morning.
00:04Good morning, sir.
00:08Good morning.
00:09Good morning, sir.
00:10Were you looking for me?
00:11No, I wasn't looking for you.
00:13Well, what are you looking for in my room?
00:15Come and see for yourself.
00:20Ah, sir, congratulations on your divorce.
00:30Let's see what else is going to happen to us.
01:01Congratulations, Ferman.
01:03You are now the head of the department.
01:07I didn't get the award.
01:09Forget about the award.
01:11You did much better.
01:13You saved a plane full of people.
01:15Well done.
01:17Ali saved it.
01:19You didn't make it.
01:20Aren't you going to say things like that?
01:23Ferman.
01:25You are now the head of the department.
01:28You are now the head of the department.
01:30Can you smile a little?
01:34Come on.
01:36Come on.
01:42Well done.
01:45What happened to Ferda?
01:47Oh, Ms. Ferda.
01:50Ms. Ferda decided to return to America.
01:54She doesn't want to settle down here.
01:57I mean, she doesn't feel like she belongs here.
01:59So she's gone.
02:00She's gone.
02:01It's none of your business.
02:03Enjoy yourself as the head of the department.
02:06Ferman.
02:13Are you okay?
02:14Are you okay?
02:15I'm fine.
02:16Don't worry, I'm fine.
02:17Tanju told me that Ferda left.
02:20I wanted to see you.
02:21After all, I'm your friend.
02:23Are you thinking about me?
02:25I don't want to be bad with you anymore.
02:29I forgot to feel that way.
02:31I noticed it on the plane.
02:33Be sure, there were two things in my mind when I thought of my last moments.
02:36One was you.
02:38The other was Leyla.
02:41We may not be in love.
02:44But you are my closest, Melis.
02:47You are the closest to me in this world.
02:49We've been through so much together.
02:51Which one should I ignore?
02:54There's a boss in front of you now.
03:00Let's laugh now.
03:02Let's put the bad days aside.
03:04Let's have fun, let's chat, let's support each other.
03:07Like in the old days.
03:08Because my best friend in this life...
03:10Tanju is using you.
03:15I don't understand.
03:18The hospital is in a very difficult situation.
03:20We're going to fire someone.
03:23Tanju made you the head of the department because...
03:27...she'll want you to choose one of her assistants.
03:30Me?
03:33Is she going to want me to choose who I'm going to fire?
03:35No.
03:37Who you're going to hire.
03:39Only one assistant will be left, Ceray.
03:44No.
03:53Good morning.
04:04Good morning, Ezo.
04:07Ezo, are you there?
04:16Good morning.
04:24Ezo!
04:33Ezo, can you stop for a second?
04:36Can you stop for a second?
04:37Ezo, are you going on vacation?
04:39No.
04:40Where are you going?
04:41Nothing.
04:42What do you mean nothing?
04:43I have a suitcase.
04:45Are you running away from me?
04:46No, I'm running away from you.
04:49But it looks like it.
04:50But it looks like it.
04:53Will you come with me? I'll talk to you.
04:56Come, we'll talk.
05:05Okay, we're stuck like this.
05:07Come.
05:19I don't think this is a good idea.
05:22I think it's a very good idea.
05:24I think we should get up at 7.30 every morning and have breakfast here.
05:29Come.
05:30Why?
05:31Because breakfast is very healthy.
05:35No, because you investigated my illness and you found out that my routine is good.
05:39But I hate my routine, Ali.
05:47Why are you always there?
05:49Who?
05:50Yes, you're always looking down. Are you waiting for someone?
05:54No.
05:56Why don't you come closer?
06:00Can you come in front of me?
06:02Please, stay here.
06:03Yes.
06:06Okay, you're saying we're going to talk about it.
06:14I was 12 years old.
06:15I suddenly couldn't get out of bed.
06:18I've been lying down for three days.
06:20At first I thought I was cold.
06:22But after three days, I went to school.
06:26I'm the most successful.
06:27I'm number one in exams.
06:30I work without getting tired.
06:32I don't sleep, I don't get tired, I don't run out of energy.
06:35A week later, I'm in bed again.
06:38I can't move my arm.
06:39Everything is bad.
06:40I keep crying.
06:44At the end, they took me to the doctor.
06:48And he diagnosed me.
06:50Bipolar mood disorder.
06:55I've been like this since that day.
06:59Sometimes everything is great, my energy is high, I can't stand still.
07:04But sometimes I'm at the bottom.
07:09It's such a bottom that I can't do anything.
07:12And nothing makes sense anyway.
07:15I'm suffering from one end to the other.
07:23I don't have any friends.
07:28Why should I forget?
07:30Unbalanced.
07:33Who cares?
07:37But I have a doctor.
07:42So I don't need to be a doctor.
07:48Ezo KozoÄŸlu from Istanbul.
07:54I want to be your friend.
07:58Yes.
08:01You told me your situation.
08:03My situation is obvious.
08:05Let's be friends.
08:07We support each other.
08:08Wouldn't friends do that?
08:23Do you want to be my friend?
08:28I decided to give you a chance.
08:34What?
08:40Are we friends now?
08:47Breakfast, my friend.
08:48Come.
08:59So now we're friends.
09:01As your friend, I can ask you for a small thing, right?
09:13Can I stay with you for a few days?
09:18What happened?
09:19She has a cough.
09:20Wait, I'll get you some water.
09:21Don't worry, you have a housemate now.
09:24You're not alone.
09:26A few days.
09:27I'm so excited.
09:31Take it.
09:49Is that why you made me a chef?
09:51Did you make me a chef to get my men fired?
09:56That's the thing.
09:57Yes, that's what's going to happen.
09:59Look, I'm going through all this nonsense.
10:01Will it be to fire my first assistant when I'm the head of the department?
10:04Is that what you think?
10:05Command.
10:06Don't perceive this personally.
10:08Elements will be removed from all units.
10:10So you don't care.
10:12I'm going to see these reports.
10:13I'm going to check the budgets.
10:14Of course I'll send it.
10:17You'll see for yourself.
10:29Command.
10:34Tell me.
10:35Who can we hire?
10:37How can we decide that?
10:40How many years of effort is there between us and them?
10:45Besides, what are we going to do when we have only one assistant?
10:47Let's say there are two operations.
10:49Let's talk seriously.
10:50What are we going to do with only one assistant?
10:52There are nurses.
10:53There are interns.
10:54Look, believe me, we've been arguing about this a lot.
10:57We even met with Adil Hodja.
10:58But unfortunately, there is nothing else to do.
11:02So I'm starting with the first name that comes to mind.
11:05Let's evaluate.
11:08Ali.
11:11Yes, Ali has an extraordinary talent.
11:14He can do a lot of things that you can't do.
11:16He can see a lot of things.
11:19But as you know very well, Ali has a communication problem.
11:23He never knows where, when, what he will do, to whom, what he will say.
11:27So it's a one-hour bomb.
11:29And it can explode in your hand at any moment.
11:31Ferman, I'm talking about crisis moments.
11:34I mean, if there's a crisis in the operation, we're in a lot of trouble.
11:39Can you tell me?
11:41What happened?
11:43Aren't you going to defend Ali?
11:46Ali deserves to stay here.
11:49But Nazlı deserves it, too.
11:51Nazlı's communication with patients is very good.
11:53So is her medical competence.
11:55You know what to do with the girl.
11:57You don't look back, you trust her somehow.
12:00My best assistant.
12:01The girl has nothing missing. Ideal.
12:04So how are we going to send Nazlı just because Ali is there?
12:08If you look at him, what are we going to do with Doruk?
12:10How are we going to send him?
12:12He's our only assistant with field experience right now.
12:16And it's worked a lot since he came.
12:19His doctorate is clean, practical and fast.
12:22Moreover, since he works in the army, he can teach alternative ideas.
12:27He has a superior relationship.
12:33Yes, okay, he's a little angry.
12:35When he gets angry, he talks unbalanced.
12:37He says pat pat on the faces of the patients, but...
12:39We haven't received a complaint so far.
12:41Still, do you think it's better than iron?
12:43Iron?
12:45He made me work a lot at first.
12:47But in the end, there's no lie.
12:49There's no lie.
12:52I still can't trust him blindly, but...
12:55But I know that he can take care of his family and hospital affairs very well without mixing them up.
13:02This means that he wants this job very much.
13:05We need that passion anyway, don't we?
13:08As you can see, it's not easy to choose.
13:12All my assistants are very good.
13:14But the score table can't tell.
13:18Ali has the highest score among them.
13:21Because Ali has Savans syndrome.
13:23Sometimes I can't even compete with Ali.
13:26Do you think it's fair to put those kids next to Ali?
13:29Unfortunately, I'm not interested in being fair right now.
13:32The only thing I care about is saving this hospital.
13:35Yes, Ali has an extraordinary talent.
13:38But we don't know what this man will do when he's alone.
13:43And we need to see this.
13:45We're going to try this.
13:47How?
13:48By having the first left operation.
13:50What?
13:51Yes, think about it.
13:53For the first time in the world, an autism doctor will operate without his doctors.
14:01What do you think?
14:09We're going on a secret mission with two helicopters while we're serving.
14:12What if the helicopter in front of us starts to lose altitude?
14:21The pilot fainted.
14:23I said to our pilot, pull the helicopter next to you, I'll jump.
14:26No, commander, don't do it.
14:28I said pull, I'll jump.
14:29I jumped on the helicopter next to me.
14:31I caught the pilot.
14:32You get a heart massage.
14:35What happened? What are you looking at?
14:38I'm shaking.
14:40You tell your adventures.
14:43If I were you, I'd be telling the hospital with the helicopters.
14:47I'm listening.
14:49God.
14:50Brother, what happened to the plane? Can you tell me?
14:55Someone was injured, someone was sick.
14:59Someone was injured, someone was sick.
15:01We treated it in various ways.
15:12Is that it?
15:13Is that it?
15:16What a low willpower.
15:19Nazlı, you tell me.
15:23Okay.
15:24We performed a caesarean in a 9,000 feet tribulation with Ferman Hoca.
15:29Unbelievable.
15:31Wow.
15:33What did Ali do?
15:36Ali stopped the brain bleeding with a pipette and a syringe.
15:40Then it was our patient's bleeding, he came and helped us.
15:44He did it.
15:46He did it at the end, from the scooter brake.
15:49He did it at the end, from the scooter brake.
15:51He did it at the end, from the scooter brake.
15:57I'm confused.
15:59Where did you get your command training?
16:03I didn't get command training.
16:08Yes.
16:12Sit down.
16:22Ali will have his first head surgery today.
16:33Who?
16:35Ali.
16:38Get your first vaccine, you'll have your first surgery today.
16:46Really?
16:49Really?
16:50Really?
16:51Yes, Ali.
16:55Is this my case now?
16:57Is it just me?
16:59Is it just me?
17:01Am I his operator?
17:02Yes, Ali.
17:10Then I have to go and work right away.
17:12It's your fault.
17:16Doctor.
17:18Good luck to Ali.
17:20Us?
17:22Doctor, are we opening the season?
17:24Everyone has a case.
17:26That would be great.
17:33Let's see what case you have.
17:39What is it, doctor?
17:45Hair loss.
17:46Exactly.
17:48Hair loss is my destiny.
17:50It's not good then, is it?
17:52Yes.
17:53Now we're going to clean it up.
17:54We're going to do the dressing.
17:55We're going to close it, Mr. Efe.
17:57And it'll be over.
17:58Don't worry about your hands, dear.
18:02But if you didn't call me Mr. Efe.
18:05I have a retired lawyer.
18:07I'm very bored with Mr.
18:09He called me brother, uncle.
18:11He didn't call me Mr.
18:12No, no.
18:21Wait a minute.
18:28We're going to do a test.
18:31We're going to do a test.
18:34What test?
18:35What test?
18:36What test for hair loss?
18:38I'm not sure.
18:39I'm not sure.
18:40I'm not sure. We're going to do a test.
18:41We're going to do a test.
18:42I'm not sure.
18:44Okay.
18:45We're coming right now.
18:48Two minutes.
18:51Two minutes.
18:56Why are you crazy again?
18:57They're making fun of us.
18:59They're making fun of us.
19:01They're giving Ali one case at a time.
19:03Look what they gave to the three of us.
19:06I'm crazy.
19:07If they don't give us a case.
19:09We're going to go and create our own case.
19:13We're going to treat him like a VIP.
19:15If it's a biopsy, it's a biopsy.
19:16If it's a B.T., it's a B.T.
19:17They make Ali do it when he wants to.
19:19What's going to happen to Tanju?
19:22If we do a biopsy for hair loss,
19:23wouldn't he do our biopsy?
19:28Doruk is right.
19:32Let's do the tests.
19:33That's it.
19:35Yes.
19:36Something's going on.
19:37Why did they leave us out?
19:38Let's not stand idly by.
19:40I'm in.
19:41Let's do the tests.
19:44Okay.
19:45Let's do it.
19:46You're a lion.
19:47You're a tiger.
19:48Let's do the tests.
19:49I'm in.
19:53I'll go and see what's going on.
19:55Asya, come with me.
20:19Mr. Tanju.
20:20Thank you very much.
20:21I won't embarrass you.
20:23This wasn't my decision, Ali.
20:26Whose decision?
20:28Never mind.
20:29Did you work on the file?
20:30Güliz Cansever.
20:3155 years old.
20:32Breast cancer.
20:33In ozone focus.
20:34I see.
20:35You memorized it.
20:36Good.
20:37Okay.
20:38You're going to talk to the patient.
20:39I'm going to watch the whole process.
20:44Ali, are you excited?
20:49This was my dream.
20:56Come in.
21:02Hello, Ms. Güliz.
21:03Hello.
21:06Come in, Mr. Ali.
21:12Hello, Ms. Güliz.
21:13Hello.
21:14I'm Ali Vefa.
21:16Your surgeon.
21:18Yes.
21:24Ms. Güliz, since you haven't had metastasis before,
21:26and since you gave positive results in chemotherapy...
21:29Yes.
21:30Getting your ozone focus
21:32will save you from cancer.
21:38Totally.
21:40So I'm going to get better.
21:45You can say that.
21:49I didn't believe it when my oncologist told me.
21:52I was afraid to believe it.
21:54But now that my surgeon told me...
22:01It hadn't been good for a long time.
22:04I lost my husband five years ago.
22:07I opened a restaurant with the others in the corner.
22:12Then this disease broke out.
22:15How can I cook without eating, doctor?
22:19I closed the restaurant.
22:22I was thinking about how to get by.
22:26But...
22:28I'll get by.
22:30I won't die.
22:38I'm so happy.
22:43And...
22:44And...
22:45We're going to connect your stomach to the rest of your esophagus.
22:48You won't need a feeding tube.
22:50I'll be able to eat.
22:51Yes.
22:52I'll be able to cook.
22:54I'll be able to reopen the restaurant.
23:06But I need to tell you about some risks.
23:11For example,
23:12you have a 6% chance of having heart and liver problems.
23:16You have a 12% chance of getting an infection.
23:200.5% chance of death.
23:31Do it, kid.
23:33Do it.
23:47Water.
23:49Selvi.
23:50This is Ms. AyÅŸe's form.
23:51You need to sign it, too.
23:52Okay.
23:53I'll change it right away.
23:54Izel.
23:55Selvi.
23:56I'll renew Mr. Ahmet's appointment.
23:58Okay. Good luck.
24:00Where's Mr. Emre's mother?
24:01We're going into surgery.
24:02She's here.
24:03She's here, sister.
24:04I'm going to number 12 now.
24:05The appointment will be made.
24:06Then I'll vacate number 14.
24:07Okay. Well done.
24:08By the way, Güneş and Boğaziç...
24:10Sister, I told him.
24:11Don't worry.
24:12The bandage is gone.
24:13I'll go get it.
24:14Okay.
24:15Well done.
24:16They're like bees.
24:17Mashallah.
24:30Ms. Selvi.
24:31Good luck.
24:32Thank you, sir.
24:34I'm looking at the work on the way.
24:36As much as we can.
24:37Please don't be so modest.
24:40I wish you all the success here.
24:42You raised the kids very well.
24:43Thank you, sir.
24:45That's why...
24:48I don't think there's a problem with one person missing.
24:52I don't understand.
24:54Ms. Selvi.
24:56We have to go to Küçülme in the hospital.
24:59And you have to fire someone.
25:01What?
25:03I mean, don't think it's Açele or Güneş.
25:05It could be anyone.
25:06Sir, don't.
25:07How can I separate these kids?
25:09Ms. Selvi.
25:10Look, please come to your senses.
25:13This is a very serious situation.
25:15You're the chief nurse here.
25:17If you're not going to do this, I'll have to do it.
25:20Can I explain?
25:23I don't know if it's a consolation, but...
25:25There are other parts that will cause you much greater losses.
25:31Unfortunately, that's the situation.
25:32I'm very sorry.
25:34Good luck.
25:45Your beautiful sisters.
25:46How are you?
26:04What...
26:06What's going on?
26:10Sister, I hit the papers.
26:31Can I come in?
26:32Come, Nazlı, come.
26:40We started the case, sir.
26:43So?
26:45Three assistants.
26:47Isn't it strange for such a case?
26:51There is no other case in the crime today.
26:52That's why.
26:55Is Ali the chief assistant?
27:00Where did this come from?
27:01You gave him your own case.
27:02When you sent the three of us in such a hurry...
27:05Nazlı, it would be better if you go back to work.
27:09Sir, you said it.
27:10Your own...
27:12Your chance of success is very high.
27:21Nothing is clear yet.
27:24It would be better for you if you go back to the ministry.
27:26We agreed.
27:29Okay.
27:31Good luck.
27:43Dried beans and rice, of course.
27:45And pomegranate pickle with it.
27:46It goes very well, you know.
27:48We made it last month.
27:50Okay, that's why.
27:52Bring plenty, sister.
27:53I also want to offer it to my doctors.
27:57As a dessert?
27:58Whatever, whatever.
28:01Oh, I forgot the taste of the dessert.
28:03I didn't know now.
28:05Is it Kemal Pasha's son?
28:13Is it Kemal Pasha's son, sister?
28:16Don't worry.
28:18See you.
28:23Thank you very much.
28:25It's perfect now.
28:26You're welcome.
28:27What did I do?
28:28You found the dessert that I wanted the most.
28:30What are you going to do?
28:32Enjoy it.
28:37Uncle Efe, it's your turn.
28:38Shall we go?
28:40Have a nice day.
28:41See you.
28:59I'm going to be late for work.
29:01I have an appointment.
29:02I'll be late.
29:03Do I have to go to work?
29:04Of course, you have to.
29:05Why don't you go to work?
29:06I don't have time.
29:07I have to go to work.
29:08I'll be late.
29:09Then I'll sleep.
29:10You can't sleep.
29:11I have to go to work.
29:12You can't sleep.
29:13If you don't work in the morning, you can't sleep.
29:14I can't sleep.
29:15Of course you can.
29:16But you need to sleep.
29:17I'm too tired.
29:18So, I can't.
29:19Okay, I'll sleep.
29:20Okay.
29:21Good night.
29:22Good night.
29:23Have a nice day.
29:24Have a nice day.
29:25Good night.
29:26Have a nice day.
29:27I'll tell you.
29:28Did Ferda go for real?
29:30I think so.
29:35But what does this have to do with us?
29:39They gave Ali his first case. They sent us to the ER.
29:42Selvi was weird today.
29:45She talked to Tanju. Then she left like a ghost.
29:48She forgot her papers here.
29:50Something's definitely going on.
29:52Come here.
29:55Okay, what's going on? Learn.
29:58You have your methods.
30:01Shame on you, Nazlı.
30:03I'll solve it in 15 minutes. I'll be back. Okay?
30:06That's my job.
30:09Nazlı!
30:11You won't believe it.
30:13What happened?
30:14We really had a case thanks to Doru's nonsense.
30:18Uncle Efe had cancer.
30:23I'm still waiting, Mr. Ali. MR will be out in five minutes.
30:26Okay.
30:37Are you excited, Mr. Cefal?
30:38Yes.
30:40MR will be out as soon as possible.
30:42It's the first solo operation.
30:44I'm so excited.
30:45I'm so excited.
30:46I'm so excited.
30:47I'm so excited.
30:48I'm so excited.
30:49I'm so excited.
30:50I'm so excited.
30:51I'm going to perform my first solo operation.
30:53You're not nervous. You're not nervous at all.
30:57Why?
30:58I don't know. This is your first operation.
31:02You could make a mistake. There could be complications.
31:04No.
31:05I've done two ozofocus rejection operations before.
31:09There were no complications.
31:12This is three, right? This is three.
31:16The core will jump once, twice, and in the third...
31:22I don't know the formula.
31:24So, three is the exact time of error.
31:28If our ancestors said so, they must have known.
31:31Think like a statistic.
31:34You won't be surprised.
31:37Good luck.
31:38MR is out, Mr. Ali.
31:43No.
31:49No.
31:52What happened?
31:53The tumor tissue is too big.
31:55It's sticking a stomach to the abdomen wall.
31:59I told the patient not to use the feeding tube.
32:02But he will.
32:05You're like a black train, Mr. Cefa.
32:08Now go to the patient. I've misled you.
32:11You won't be able to eat until the end of your life.
32:16You're wrong.
32:21Good luck.
32:35Sir, I can't say it. You say it.
32:37Ali.
32:37Sir, sometimes I have communication problems.
32:39If I can't express myself properly to Ms. Güliz,
32:42Ms. Güliz doesn't want me to do this operation.
32:44This operation is mine.
32:45You gave it to me. I'm ready. I can do it.
32:48Okay, calm down first.
32:50It's not just a lung operation.
32:53You should be able to talk to the patient.
32:55Do you understand?
32:56But you said it yourself.
32:58What did I say, Ali?
32:59You said I have weaknesses on the plane.
33:03This is my weakness.
33:05Help me, please.
33:11Ms. Güliz, you had an operation when you were a child.
33:14It was when I was a baby.
33:15I don't even remember. I was too young.
33:17I understand, but we encountered a much greater wound
33:19than we normally expect.
33:22So, this situation affects our operation program now.
33:25How does it affect it?
33:28Mr. Ali will answer this question.
33:35Mr. Ali, please tell our patient about his situation as a surgeon.
33:47I'm sorry.
33:56Will you talk to me now?
34:06I was wrong.
34:12You won't be able to eat. We'll put you on a diet pill.
34:17How long will you be on a diet pill?
34:20For the rest of your life.
34:31But your operation will take a short time.
34:34So, your recovery time will be shortened.
34:37This is good news. Are you happy?
34:47I'm happy.
35:00You have amelionatic melanoma, Mr. Efe. I'm so sorry.
35:08Skin cancer.
35:15Come on.
35:16I'm glad you got these tests done.
35:24The tumor is in a reachable area.
35:26I mean, it has value in the program. We can handle it today.
35:29I'm so happy, son.
35:30Are you going to do the operation?
35:36We're your assistants, Mr. Efe.
35:38One of our teachers does it.
35:47Why are you so sad?
35:52I'm sorry, Mr. Efe. It has nothing to do with you.
35:57Come on.
35:58You saved my life just now.
36:01Tell me. Don't be shy.
36:07Come on.
36:08It's human nature.
36:09Tell me. Let's solve your problem.
36:11I'm sorry.
36:14They never let us go, Mr. Efe.
36:17I mean, we've been the assistant of this patient for years, Mr. Efe.
36:21But no, I mean, we're unhappy.
36:23Yes. Yes, brother.
36:25Anyway, we'll talk about this later, right?
36:32Nurten and I are newly married.
36:34I never forget.
36:35May she rest in peace.
36:38We were getting a taxi.
36:39They threw me out of the job.
36:41The car left.
36:43I took Nurten to the picnic to cheer her up.
36:46Nurten got in a car accident.
36:48We were on our way back.
36:50The wheel of the minibus exploded.
36:52I got off to help.
36:54The jack was broken and my hand was cut.
36:56We came home.
36:59There was a piece of paper at the door.
37:01It said, leave your house because of your debt.
37:04At least you had a check and a checkbook.
37:08I looked at my wife.
37:09I said, Nurten, that's fine.
37:13Don't worry, guys.
37:15That's fine, too.
37:21If you're going to help, you should do my surgery.
37:26What?
37:28Really?
37:29Of course.
37:30As far as I understand, you need surgery.
37:32Yes.
37:34Well, you do my surgery.
37:37If you need anything, bring it.
37:38I'll sign it.
37:40What are you saying?
37:43Okay.
37:44Let's not do anything without consulting our doctors, right?
37:49Of course.
37:50Come on.
37:52Uncle Efe, thank you so much for trusting us.
37:54You're welcome.
37:56Of course I trust you.
37:57You're welcome.
38:07It's not over.
38:08Look at God's beloved servants.
38:09Don't be ridiculous, Doruk.
38:12How are we going to do the surgery?
38:13It's over.
38:14The patient wants us.
38:15It's over.
38:18It will be.
38:29Where are those papers?
38:30I don't know.
38:31Not this one.
38:34Where are those papers?
38:37Where are they?
38:41I'm writing the names of all three of them.
38:42You say you're a soldier.
38:44Don't you ever think strategically?
38:47This is the strategy, girl.
38:48Bam, bam, bam.
38:49Do you really think that this paper means something for Tanju?
38:53Yes.
38:55Hello.
38:56You're an assistant.
38:58Look, if he eats that paper, I'll make you laugh here.
39:03Look, let's go to the doctor.
39:05Let's make a nice presentation.
39:06Let's say, look what case you gave us, but look what we found.
39:10Absolutely.
39:11Maybe at the end of the day he'll have us do the surgery.
39:14But step by step.
39:16Let's do everything according to the procedure.
39:22Okay.
39:23Come on.
39:32It looked like a hair twist at first.
39:34Then, my friend Demir's Sahin Gözleri
39:37noticed a redness in the lesion.
39:39My friend Doruk said, wait a minute, there's something going on here.
39:42This is what we thought was a girl.
39:44Maybe it's the root of a cancer.
39:46So?
39:47My Nazlı friend said,
39:49the doctor said,
39:51amelionotic melanoma.
39:52Normally, we don't do biopsy, I know.
39:54But we said, let's do biopsy.
39:56Because we're responsible doctors.
39:58Great.
39:59Well done.
40:01Surgery room number 3 is ready in 20 minutes.
40:03By the way, we talked to Gürün.
40:04Your program was appropriate.
40:05Is there any news from Dr. Tanci?
40:07Since you're the head of the department,
40:09we wanted to come to you, doctor.
40:10By the way,
40:11good luck.
40:15Thank you, guys.
40:16Good luck, doctor.
40:18By the way, this is the equipment list.
40:20It's ready.
40:21All of them are ready.
40:27Let's see.
40:34We'll meet with the surgeon in 15 minutes.
41:05Isn't there any other way?
41:06If there was, we'd do it, Selvi.
41:08How can I choose one of them?
41:10They all have been here for years.
41:12Adil, you always do something.
41:14You would.
41:16I'm not the chief doctor anymore.
41:19Whatever happened to us,
41:21that's why it happened.
41:23Selvi, we're doing surgery.
41:28And the cameras are recording.
41:34I don't care if they record.
41:36I can't fire anyone.
41:40Of course, you're comfortable.
41:41You're sure Ali won't be sent.
41:43I'm not comfortable, and I'm not sure.
41:46They're all my kids.
41:51The surgeon will be the only assistant.
41:54What are we going to do?
42:00Gül, what are you doing there?
42:04I brought the surgery documents.
42:07Selvi, you forgot mine there.
42:09I brought it because I thought you might need it.
42:11I'm leaving it here.
42:12See you.
42:24When you said the surgery was ready,
42:25how did the surgeon's eyes sparkle?
42:27When he said, we came to you, not to the chief surgeon.
42:30We showed ourselves, guys.
42:32The surgeon will have us do it.
42:34You'll see the surgery.
42:35I'm not a team, I'm a shooter.
42:38Nazlı.
42:40Honey, did you learn anything?
42:42I learned.
42:45I mean, I learned, but...
42:47You're not going to be mad at me.
42:50No, honey, why would I be mad at you?
42:53Come on.
42:54Tell me, what happened?
43:00They're going to fire three assistants.
43:02One of them is going to be the chief surgeon,
43:04and the other one is going to be the assistant.
43:15What?
43:16I heard about Adile and Selvi.
43:18There's going to be only one assistant left.
43:20And they're preparing Ali for this.
43:23They're going to fire us, too.
43:26I'm so sorry, guys.
43:28I'm really sorry.
43:31It's not true.
43:35No.
43:36No, I mean, they can't do that.
43:38There must be a mistake.
43:40Everyone does everything, brother.
43:42Yes, guys, are you ready?
43:51What's this?
43:53Come on, guys, come on.
43:55There's a surgery, come on.
44:01We'll talk at the exit.
44:06No, I don't believe it's going to happen.
44:10I heard, I heard.
44:12You heard, but Adile won't send us alive.
44:15My daughter, Adile couldn't do anything herself.
44:17Even Ali wasn't safe.
44:19Guys, wait a minute.
44:21We've been working in this hospital for a long time.
44:23We've never seen a patient like this.
44:25We've never seen a patient like this.
44:27We've never seen a patient like this.
44:29We've been working in this hospital for a long time.
44:31Has anything like this ever happened?
44:33Why do you forget now? Is the man dead?
44:35Exactly.
44:36Also, I'm sorry.
44:37Sister Selvi will never forgive us.
44:43Unfortunately, I will.
44:48Sister?
44:54Guys, I'm so sorry.
44:56I really can't look at your faces.
45:00But this is the situation.
45:03I have to send one of you by tomorrow evening.
45:13Make sure it's not easy for me.
45:16I'm heartbroken.
45:20I'm so sorry.
45:23I'm so sorry.
45:25Goodbye.
45:32Goodbye.
45:34Yes, guys.
45:36Which one of you would like to do it?
45:39Nazlı?
45:41Doruk?
45:43Demir?
45:47Are you kidding, guys?
45:49I'm giving you a chance to operate.
45:52Doctor?
45:55Is this our last operation?
45:57What?
45:58We heard something, doctor.
46:00What did you hear?
46:01Doctor, Ali will be the chief assistant.
46:03We're in trouble.
46:09Nothing is clear yet.
46:11Don't fall for what you hear.
46:13There's an operation in the middle.
46:15Come on.
46:17There's an operation in the middle.
46:19Come on.
46:21There's an operation in the middle.
46:23Who?
46:25Demir? Doruk?
46:27Nazlı?
46:31Well, you know.
46:33The operation is starting.
46:37Come, Nazlı.
46:39Yes, the piece is out.
46:42Take this needle.
46:52The pulse is dropping.
46:54She's in an anaphylactic shock.
46:56She's allergic to paint.
46:58Epi, hurry up.
47:00Demir, start the heart massage.
47:02Nazlı, hurry up.
47:04Nazlı, hurry up.
47:06Nazlı, hurry up.
47:10Give it to me.
47:12What is it?
47:13The pulse is dropping, but it's stable.
47:15Good. Demir, stop.
47:17We're going to do a hematoma.
47:19Shall we do a hemorrhoid?
47:21That's right. Press the button.
47:25Do it, Doruk.
47:27Nazlı, you're at the end of the operation.
47:30Go on.
47:36Her neck veins are swollen.
47:38It could be a cardiac tamponade.
47:40Pericardial hematoma.
47:43It's not just that.
47:46There's a mass in the liver.
47:48She's metastasized.
47:54We're going to do a pericardial otomy.
47:56Hurry up.
48:02I'm going to do a pericardial otomy.
48:05I'm going to do a pericardial otomy.
48:13I was going to ask you something.
48:15Go ahead.
48:19My sister sent me food.
48:22I can't eat.
48:25There was a man.
48:27I think he liked Kemal Pasha's dessert.
48:29He was a kind man at my age.
48:31I think you're talking about Uncle Efe.
48:35If you don't mind, can you give these to him?
48:37It's his right.
48:39You've thought about it very well.
48:41But I can't.
48:43Why?
48:47It's forbidden to share patients' situations with others.
48:49But Uncle Efe had cancer.
48:53He's in surgery now.
48:55He can't eat.
48:57I'm so sorry.
48:59Oh my God.
49:01I hope he gets better.
49:03I hope so.
49:05You can eat.
49:07You can share it with your friends.
49:09It's hot.
49:11Don't let it cool.
49:13Thank you so much.
49:15Enjoy your meal.
