00:13And the British Irish Council of course is a product of the agreements ever arrived at
00:20in the history of the relationship with the Republic of Ireland.
00:24And we're all working collaboratively every way to the summit table.
00:29It's a particular pleasure to welcome the Prime Minister.
00:33It's the first time a Prime Minister has said that.
00:36I can also welcome the First Minister of Wales, Elwyn Morgan,
00:40who has taken office since the British Irish Council last night.
00:44And I feel like a positive veteran.
