00:00I think it's been great, like I said, at the start it was kind of shaky, just trying to
00:10figure out what Shane liked and what we were good at, trying to find identity, and being
00:15able to go through that process, that coaching changed, getting another guy come in and make
00:21the plays, and you got to understand why he's calling those plays, it's hard, and then you
00:26have to learn to do it for yourself, so I think he's took it well and he's getting better.
00:31From a coaching staff, I think early in the season it was from the players, and I think
00:36we did a good job of that, holding the player, the player held meetings, the captain's going
00:42to his coach, he said what he said, and that's taking it upon ourselves to be accountable
00:47against ourselves, and then, you know, vice versa, we kind of wanted the same thing, but
00:52I don't think the locker room was wavered at all in the season, I think every game we
00:56went in with open confidence, I think it was one of those games that hasn't changed up
01:02until now, so I think we keep improving, kind of memorize the situation because it's a marathon,
01:08so I think we got maybe a week left to see if this thing can still end up the way we
01:14want it to, but always keep going, always keep working, at the end of the day you got
01:19to get better for yourself, and then obviously the team.
01:23Do you have any idea what you're getting into when you came to Atlanta?
01:29I ain't going to answer that question.
