The Queen has revealed she is feeling “a bit tired” following her bout of pneumonia. Camilla was asked about her health when she joined domestic abuse survivors, advocates and staff from Women's Aid to celebrate the organisation's 50th anniversary. In an impromptu speech, the Queen vowed to help end domestic abuse and said: "It's terrible that after 50 years it still has to be eradicated but we are making progress." Report by Blairm. 05:24It truly is an honour to stand before you today here as an ambassador of women's aid,
05:30especially as we celebrate 50 years of extraordinary work in supporting women who have faced the devastating impact of domestic violence.
05:42I can't believe it was 50 years ago that you started.
05:46If you think what's happening now compared to what was happening 50 years ago, you must all be incredibly proud of yourself.
05:56I think so many people hadn't realised what domestic abuse was, especially then.
06:06It's terrible that after 50 years it still hasn't been eradicated, but we are making progress.
06:16I've talked to many, many women and men all around the country, all around the world, and you hear the same devastating stories time and time again.
06:28I was so moved by it that I was able to make this film.
06:36As Katie was saying, it is behind closed doors, and I've no intention.
06:44I've started to stop now.
06:46I'm determined to put an end to this.
06:50Terrible.
06:56We can only do it together.
06:58We've all got to pull together.
07:00Hearing the voices of survivors is so important, because every time another survivor hears a voice, it inspires them perhaps to get up and say something themselves.
07:14You are all doing a wonderful job, and we will put an end to it.
07:18Probably not in my lifetime, but in some of yours, we will see the end of it.
07:25It's really all of you whom I'd like to thank for everything you do.
07:45We'd just like to offer you a token of our appreciation for coming today.
07:50I think something might be rather a large package to you.
07:55Thank you so, so much.
08:07Her Majesty needs to leave us now, but please stay here.
08:13I've eaten a little cake.
08:15Oh, I'm so sorry.
08:18Oh, sir.
08:43Okay, last one.
08:45Right there, everyone.
08:47That's brilliant.
08:49And again.
08:50Fabulous.
08:51Thank you very much.
