00:00Yeah, I think so. I think what's been really interesting about Grey, I'm not saying he
00:06definitely was unaffected by everything, because he felt every defeat and every setback very
00:13personally on a very deep level. But he is a very level person and you always get the
00:19feeling that he's almost like one of those NASA guys. Things can be falling, falling
00:25apart and he's like, well, what's the problem? What's the problem? And tackle it problem
00:30by problem by problem by problem. So when you understand that about him, making what
00:36seems to be bold decisions and a bold change, just seems like a natural thing for him. He's
00:41going, well, I'll tell you what, we're struggling with this. If we do this, that solves that
00:45problem. If we do this, that solves that. Yeah, this leaves us a little bit open here,
00:49but I think we're strong enough to deal with that. And you go out and say you get the result
00:54against Aberdeen, you go and beat Motherwell. I think looking at the three games that they
00:58had in the week there, starting with Dundee away, if you just said four points, people
01:02would have said, yeah, that's good. That's solid enough. They would have probably expected,
01:08you know, a win at Dundee, nothing off Aberdeen, they'd draw up Motherwell or the other way
01:13round. It is interesting how narratives change though. I mean, 3-3 against Aberdeen, obviously
01:20if Hibbs don't get the late equaliser, 3-2, it becomes another late collapse. I think
01:26even if Hibbs goes 3-2 up and Aberdeen peg it back with a little nice kick of the ball,
01:32that would have kept the pressure on Brie. That would have been very much, you know,
01:37oh, they've thrown it away again. So little things like that wouldn't necessarily affect
01:44what he's doing day to day, affect the narrative. To go away there and win 3-0 at Motherwell,
01:49that is a statement result. Literally any team in the league going there and winning
01:563-0, Celtic go there and win 3-0, people are saying, God, Celtic were brilliant today.
02:00Fantastic, right? Aberdeen going in there, it's a statement win. It's just that they're
02:05a strong team, they're always really well organised, difficult place to go to, always
02:09is. That's where that result stands.
