00:24Although there are incidents of landslides and flooding in some areas in the province,
00:29the government agencies responded quickly.
00:33Actually, the three consecutive floods that happened here,
00:36Christine, Pepito, and the latest one, the shear line,
00:40where there were not only floods but also landslides.
00:43There were many landslides that happened in Albay.
00:46It's better to assemble immediately after a day
00:50because the engineering teams, including the DPWH, are fast in clearing.
00:55But it's good that there is no casualty.
00:59The growth of the Albay Provincial Government
01:02greatly helped in implementing regulations on evacuating residents whenever there is a calamity.
01:08We have thresholds for floods, landslides, and watersheds.
01:14We also have thresholds for landslides.
01:17That is what we are basing our computation on.
01:21Late time of three to six hours should be evacuated.
