00:53and Grand Non-Municipal category.
00:56The purpose of this is to show the unity of Tarlacans.

01:07Many visitors to Tarlac will remember the ambassadors
01:10of Norway, Czech Republic, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Cambodia
01:14to witness the beauties and colorful life-size of the Belen.
