00:27Tibet institutions from the Visayas and Mindanao regions gathered in Cebu recently
00:32for the 23rd Human Resource and Skills Development or HRST conference.
00:37Mindanao-Tibet President Dr. Gianfranco said this is the first time the HRST conference was held in Visayas.
00:44Here we are the first for each kind that the Human Resource and Skills Development Authority
00:49and Skills Development Conference of the Mindanao-Tibet is being held here in the Visayas
00:55especially here in the area in Cebu and we are then very happy that our secretary
01:03secretary and the director general of TESDA is really with us bringing in this eight-point
01:10agenda at the same time for all those people coming from the Mindanao and opening opportunities
01:17as well for the Visayas area. TESDA Director General Secretary Jose Francisco Kiko Benitez
01:24encouraged the expansion of the recently signed enterprise-based education and training law
01:29through the partnership of technical vocational education institutions with the industries.

01:43today and tomorrow are probably our best proponents and marketers of what skills-based training can
