December is now nearly here, so what film will people be watching to get themselves in the mood for Christmas as soon as the new month arrives?

00:00Hi, I'm Theo, and this is People on the Street, and today I'm out in Manchester asking people about their favourite Christmas films.
00:05Mine is It's a Wonderful Life. It makes me cry every single year, without fail.
00:09But I've got to say, I have a soft spot for Serendipity and The Holiday, too.
00:12I think mine's controversial.
00:14Go for it.
00:15Die Hard.
00:16No.
00:17Okay, I know some people don't think it's a Christmas film, but to me it is because it takes place at a Christmas party,
00:22and they're invading the hotel at the Christmas party, and it ends with a Christmas song.
00:25I think the classic one has to be... Is it Locked in the House or something?
00:29Home Alone.
00:30Home Alone, yeah, yeah, yeah. That's my favourite movie all the time.
00:33I think the best Christmas film that I've ever seen was Klaus, which I think got some nominations or something.
00:40Grinch.
00:41Religiously, me and my mum watch Elf every year, mainly if we can on Christmas Eve.
00:46What's the one with Tim Allen?
00:48Oh, the Santa Claus.
00:50Yeah.
00:51Just Santa Claus?
00:52I think it's just Santa Claus.
00:53That one.
00:54Throw in The Nightmare Before Christmas, because you've just got to love the animated Tim Burton stuff.
00:57You can watch it Halloween and Christmas, so it works for both holidays.
00:59Exactly.
