01:04Despite multiple requests from her and her family for medication reviews and therapy,
01:10her care was not properly addressed.
01:12She received an initial assessment on May 5th 2023, but this was not from a fully qualified
01:18therapist, an inquest heard.
01:21Months before she died, Emily hugged her mum before school and said she thought her
01:26medication was not working and needed to be increased.
