00:00Malaysia boldly took Iran's place as the 10th Asia-Pacific Joint Chiefs of Staff, which will begin on 1 December.

00:13Malaysian Joint Chiefs of Staff President Ong Shi Ruan said,

00:17the Johannine location, which was supposed to be held last month,

00:21was replaced by a series of actions by 18 countries,

00:24withdrawing from the Iran-Iraq War for safety reasons.

00:29Due to the conflict in Iran,

00:34the Joint Chiefs of Staff held a discussion with the Johannine authorities,

00:47Ong said the Joint Chiefs of Staff were given only more than a month to prepare,

00:52including providing the needs of more than 1,000 athletes,

00:55who will compete in nine events throughout the Johannine until 8 December.
