00:00Actress Nery Naig-Miranda was arrested and charged with defamation in the Securities Regulation Code against her.

00:08That's why the court ordered the court to read the evidence and witness.

00:17From Pasay Regional Trial Court, the negotiator and actress Nery Naig-Miranda was returned to Pasay City Jail.

00:24The arraignment did not continue in the case of defamation in the Securities Regulation Code after the motion to quash the actress was filed.

00:33The court first submitted a comment to the Prosecution and Securities and Exchange Commission regarding the motion.

00:40The arraignment was scheduled for January 9.

00:44The court did not give a statement regarding Nery's case.

00:47Chito Miranda first defended his wife, who was accused of not being crazy and not being Nery's enemy.

00:56In Chito's post, he mentioned a bag that belonged to the owner of Dermacare.

01:02He said that all the money went to him while Nery did not get any money from other people.

01:09Chito also shared the body from a bag and coin.

01:14It was addressed to Nery but there was no stamp and no signature.

01:19He asked for compensation for the issues faced by the owner of Dermacare

01:24based on the fact that the owner was unable to distribute the share of Dermacare to their investors.

01:32They are now solving the problem.

01:35Under the advisory of the SEC, on September 23,

01:38the Chief Operating Officer of Dermacare Beyond Skin Care Solutions

01:43slash Beyond Skin Care Solutions is named Chanda Atienza.

01:48It states that the company is not authorized to solicit investments

01:53because it is not registered and there is no license for it.

01:57Under the same advisory, the Commission also stated that

02:01salesmen, brokers, dealers, agents, promoters, influencers, and endorsers of Dermacare

02:09are entitled to invest.

02:12In a post on September 1, 2023,

02:15Nery said that he is no longer affiliated with Dermacare

02:19and that any transaction using his name is not authorized

02:23or made without permission from him.
