00:00I like living in Audley Scarcroft for quite a few reasons. The place itself suits me perfectly.
00:08It has facilities like the gym and the swimming pool which I use a lot. The restaurant is
00:12there when I need it or bistro, it just depends on choice. And in this Audley Scarcroft where
00:17I am it's got a wonderful view. It's very close to the main road so it's accessible
00:21to Leeds, it's accessible to Weatherby, potentially York, Poston Spa and places like that. So
00:27the location suits me, the facilities suit me, the people here could not be friendlier
00:33or more helpful. I use the gym probably five times a week so I'm motivated to get back
00:39to a reasonable fitness for my age. The gym is a two minute walk. Just beside it is the
00:45swimming pool. I go four or five times to the gym and maybe two or three times a week
00:49for the swimming pool. The fact it's so close is ideal. The restaurant is even closer. There's
00:56three excellent chefs so the food's always tasty. There's also a games room, there's
01:02an owner's parlour, areas to socialise and for example in a few minutes there's a coffee
01:08morning where everybody can go meet the other residents for tea, coffee and a cake. It's
01:15an opportunity to meet other people who live here.
