00:12We start in Morocco with the statistics of the technical activity of insurance and re-insurance companies.
00:19The issued premiums reached more than 45 billion dirhams at the end of September,
00:24an increase of 4.8% compared to the same period a year earlier.
00:29According to the control authority of social insurance,
00:33these premiums are distributed on the V-segment with 19.64 billion dirhams
00:40and not V-segment with 25.36 billion dirhams.
00:44In the V-segment, the test segments save support dirhams
00:48by scoring respective increases of 4.8% to 2.59 billion dirhams
00:54and 3.3% to 16.18 billion dirhams,
00:58while the savings segment supports units of account at 17.7% to 861.5 million dirhams.
01:07As for the non-V-segment, the premiums in the automotive segment have exceeded 11.83 billion dirhams,
01:16while the technical risks have displayed the strongest drop at 12.1%.
01:23In national economic news as well, Royal Air Maroc announces
01:27it has received its 10th Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner at Mohamed V airport in Casablanca.
01:35The delivery of this aircraft marks a first step in the execution of the follow-up development plan
01:41to the contract signed with the government in July 2023.
01:46Note that a 11th Dreamliner should be delivered before the end of this year.
01:51With these two additional aircraft, Royal Air Maroc will launch new direct links such as Sao Paolo, Toronto and Beijing.
01:59In Morocco, the internet market has always seen notable progress,
02:04with an increase of 6.5% at the end of September, totaling 42.1 million subscribers
02:11and yet the penetration rate has a record of 112.7%.
02:17According to the Directorate of Treasury and Foreign Affairs,
02:20this rate rose to 106.8% at the same time a year earlier and to 74.1% in 2019.
02:28Mobile telephony has also continued to grow,
02:32thus reaching 60.3 million subscribers,
02:36an increase of 5.2% after a 4.9% increase the previous year,

05:03Foreign trade has weighed on the German economy, exports having fallen by 1.9%,

05:12At the same time, imports have slightly increased by 0.2%.

05:24an increase of 66,000 people compared to the same period of the previous year.
