00:00The cold weather continues in some parts of the country,

00:07the wind is still blowing in Amihan.

00:09According to the forecast,

00:10the minimum temperature of 16.4 degrees Celsius in Baguio City

00:16will be reached by Wednesday.

00:17The minimum temperature in Quezon City is 23 degrees Celsius.

00:20Because of the cold weather in Amihan,

00:22it is still risky for small sea vehicles

00:26to cross the northern border of Ilocos Norte and Cagayan

00:30along with Babuyan Islands and Batanes.

00:33Aside from Amihan and local thunderstorms,

00:36the Intertropical Convergence Zone, or ITZZ,

00:39will also rain in some parts of the country.

00:43According to the forecast,

00:44there will be moderate to heavy rains in Cagayan,

00:46Babuyan Islands, Apayaw, and Davao Oriental.

00:50It will rain for almost the entire month

00:54in some parts of Northern Luzon, Aurora,

00:57Southern Luzon, and Visayas

00:59based on the rainfall forecast of Metro Weather.

01:02Heavy to intense rains may be possible

01:04that may cause floods or landslides.

01:07The chance of rain will remain low here in Metro Manila.
