01:46It's for our health.
01:48It's important for our body to grow.
01:52For our family and for ourselves.
01:56Because, like me now, I feel that we really need to be healthy.

02:10it's okay for them if their dishes are more nutritious.
02:15But, it's really challenging and hard for them to avoid foods that are fat and delicious.
02:23That's why they need to put more effort to avoid those foods.
